After bug 1834274 in the console I keep getting
console.error: (new UnknownCollectionError("Unknown Collection \"thunderbird/fingerprinting-protection-overrides\"", "resource://services-settings/RemoteSettingsClient.sys.mjs", 188))

We should probably ship a .json dump for this (like bug 1818999 and a few others). But firefox isn't shipping one either.

We don't plan to ship one currently. But, I think it's fine to ship one for Thunderbird to suppress the error message.

The data object from that URL is not an array, so I had to make it one. And it had no timestamp. CI validates that all dumps has "data" array and "timestamp".
