I've received several complaints regarding this feature. This feature is expected to be used by calendars (where autodismissing puts the user in danger of missing something important) but of course websites abuse it.

Ideally it could be per-site setting or at least a global setting that toggles dom.webnotifications.requireinteraction.enabled.
