User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/118.0
Steps to reproduce:
Set widget.wayland.fractional-scale.enabled to true.
Open a pop up by right clicking on a page or click on a button opening a pop up window (eg. hamburger menu in the top-right).
Actual results:
The pop up is shown with a noticeable delay (~400ms). I think a bit of CPU spike is shown by htop as well at that moment.
Expected results:
Pop up opens without delay.

Additional info: happens both on Plasma-Wayland and on Sway.
