In a page with a (scrollable) listbox, the mousewheel stays focussed on that
listbox. Even when I left-click on the document.

The arrowbuttons switch scrolling between page and listbox as expected.


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a srollable (long) page with a listbox that can be scrolled (put more
items in it than would fit).
2. Click in page.
3. Try to scroll page with mousewheel.

Actual Results:  
The mousewheel scrolled the listbox.

Expected Results:  
Scroll the page.

Vaguely related to Bugzilla Bug 140074 - which also concerns focussing and
listboxes.

please attach testcase and test latest nightly build as fix for bug 33732 may
have fixed this (could even be a dupe). Also related: bug 140074.
