Repro steps:

• Be on a product page where review checker analysis is possible
• Request analysis
• While analysis is in progress, refresh the page

Observed

• Review Checker analysis restarts upon refresh

Expected

• Analysis should not restart - it should just resume from initial analysis request

• The scope of this bug is not to handle analysis cross-tabs, but rather within the context of one tab
