1858253 - No "New Window" command in 115, closing the window disables any further use of the app

Steps to reproduce:

I accidentally hit the close button on my last open mail folder window.

So, on my keyboard, I hit cmd-1, which until this upgrade opened a new window.

Actual results:

Absolutely nothing.

So I searched through all the menus, and apparently there is no longer a "new window" command anywhere. I had to quit and restart the app to get a window again.

Expected results:

A new window should have opened.

Alt + 1 (on linux) works for me. It's under Tools.

I haven't tested whether this is a regression, but I can reproduce.
A workaround - Thunderbird > Account Settings or Thunderbird > Settings will bring back the 3pane window

To clarify - cmd+1 does work for me using beta from a standalone message window, if the 3pane has been closed.

Tools > Main Window doesn't exist in my TB 115 version, but I can use Tools > Add-ons and Themes instead.
Another workaround to reopen the main window is a simple left-click on the Thunderbird symbol in the Dock.

I can't see that option.

cmd+1 still working on current nightly.

Not working on 115 and neither 128 if the main window was closed. What works is:
Thunderbird > Settings, Thunderbird > Account Settings, Tools > Saved Files, Tools > Add-ons and Themes.
Also a click onto the dock icon as suggested in comment #5.
