Noticed quite an old SDK release for Android and Google Cloud SDK

The SDK specified is 3 years old (changed in https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/focus-android/blame/main/tools/docker/Dockerfile#L43)

CloudSDK for Firebase is maintained top-level in /taskcluster/docker/ui-tests/ https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-android/blob/main/taskcluster/docker/ui-tests/Dockerfile#L25 and updated to 450

If not in use, perhaps this Dockerfile can be removed at some point.

That looks very stale, so presumably it's no longer in use. It's referenced in docs/shared/android/docker_guide.md which also seems outdated.
