If a mail contains rv:* it is marked as hyperlink, which causes an alert ("rv is
not a registered protocol.") when clicked on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. send a mail containing rv:test to yourself
2. get and open it
3. 

Actual Results:  
rv:test was underlined and clickable

Expected Results:  
rv:test should be normal text
