I compared the setting for Mozilla 1.2.1 on both the WinME and Win98SE. Have
them set exactly the same.

Dou you have a plug-in for midi ?

WFM with WinXP and build 2002121704. Midi is handled by Quicktime Plugin v6.0.2
on my machine.
Matti: If a machine is missing a plugin (in this case the WinME machine seems to
missing a plugin to handle MIDI), isn't Mozilla meant to direct the user to get
one? Or is that Netscape only functionality?

AFAIk you get no plugin dialog for a background sound.
I'd bet $2 that Dominick's WinME box doesn't have QuickTime 4 or higher.
This should probably be WFM
