The ping should not have the client ID enabled.
A possible patch to use an example of how to add a new ping.
It makes sense to add a pings.yaml file to browser/components/search/.

Per the decision doc, SERP categorization telemetry should be sent via
a separate ping without client ID. It should also be over OHTTP, but
AFAIK, that work will be mostly done via the Glean SDK and shouldn't
stop us from re-factoring the code and tests to report telemetry.

Closing this as I think it's better if both the ping and new measurement are done as one patch.
