Steps to reproduce:
Started computer & Supernova the day after Supernova installed.
Actual results:
No email folders visible & account settings are no longer there.
Expected results:
Should have seen email folders & account settings.

Probably the data is still in the profile... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data
What kind of accounts did you have before? If you have a backup, please attach the prefs.js file from before. Current one would also be interesting. You can also email me (reference this bug).

Based on the files you sent me, it looks like you had only Owl accounts (provided by the add-on).
Maybe the add-on is disabled, or not working correctly.
Not much we can do here I think. We don't track add-on issues in bugzilla. Please contact the add-on author.
