Steps to reproduce:

We have Office365 configured to add an "External" warning in the body of all mails. To not break encryption, the original mail body will be instead be attached as .eml to the mail.

Actual results:

After opening the attachment I get a plain body (normal headers are shown) without any content and PGP reports an "unknown error".

Error console has this:

Missing resource in locale de: messenger/openpgp/openpgp.ftl
rnp_op_verify_execute returned unexpected: 268435457 RNP.jsm:1805:19

Opening the source code view produces a completely blank window.

Expected results:

With the previous LTS release this worked.

Related to bug 1837247, right? Or is this related to the German localisation? Does it behave differently in the en-US version?

Yes, seems to be the same as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1837247. If I save the attachment to disk, it contains the plaintext.
