Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox with the profile from preconditions.
  2. Go to about:preferences#search and look for ‘Recent Searches’ option, in the Search Suggestions section.
  3. Look for the ‘Learn more’ link.

Expected result

  • Hyperlink is present and can be accessed from about:preferences#search.

Actual result

  • Hyperlink is missing.
