Visual defects on toolbar when swiping to switch tabs

Steps to reproduce
- Launch the application and open a few private tabs in normal or private browsing mode.
- Swipe the toolbar left or right to switch tabs.
- Observe the toolbar.
Expected behavior
No visual defects are displayed when swiping left/right to switch tabs.
Actual behavior
The following visual defects can be observed:
- the 3 dot menu displays an animation when swiping left/right to switch tabs;
- the search bar is displayed empty;
- the home button flickers;
Device information
- Firefox version: 120.0a1 from 10/13, also reproducible on Beta 119.0b9 and RC 118.2.0.
- Android device model & Android OS version: Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 (Android 12), Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra (Android 12).
Additional information
Also reproducible while testing the QA-2124 - Simplified Nav feature.

This issue is also reproducible on Beta 120.0b5 with Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 (Android 12) while testing the QA-2124 - Simplified Nav feature. Additionally, please note that the PB icon and the Flame icon flicker when swiping to switch tabs.

This issue still reproduces on all the Firefox versions: Nightly 130.0a1 from 7/9, Beta 129.0b1, and RC 127.0.2, RC 128.0.
Tested with: Google Pixel 6 (Android 15), Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 14), Samsung Galaxy A14 (Android 13)
