Goto this site, free account required.

Select Introduction:

Actual results:

Cycling 3 dots, content does not play.

Expected results:

Content should have played.
Content DOES PLAY CORRECTLY IN EDGE.
I HATE EDGE. This issue causes me to launch edge instead of continuing to use Firefox.

Hi dc, thanks for the report! I gave the site a try on nightly and saw the three cycling dots, but I was able to start playback by clicking on them. Does this begin playback for you on a more recent version of Firefox?

If I enable global autoplay, the video will start immediately without interacting with it. I was going to recommend that you enable autoplay specifically for the site giving you issues, but the button to do so appears to be missing. I'm not sure whether the missing button is due to a webcompat issue. :alwu, would you have any thoughts here?

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
