Steps to reproduce:
- open youtube.com
- open some video in youtube go to that tab and allow auto play video.
- close video tab to goto youtube.com agian
- drag some video to tab bar to open video in new tab
Actual results:
sometime video block auto playing. sometime it allow video to play
Expected results:
for me. i expect it should always block auto playing like right click and open in new tab.

i can't edit expected result. but it this expect result should respect options media.block-autoplay-until-in-foreground
. and default is true.
so it should be block when i drag drop tab to open new tab (in order that i wanted)
