Steps to reproduce:

I moved the Message Storage Local Directory of an email account from the default location (under profile, on C: drive) to another location (D: drive, more space).

Actual results:

Message storage moved ok, but message filters didn't. msgFilterRules.dat at the new location is practically empty (just version and logging settings).

Expected results:

Message filters should be copied to the new location.
Optionally, the message filters tool could have export/import feature.
