Hi QA team 👋,
As this feature landed on the main branch,

We would like to confirm that now, when the setting "Cookie Banner Blocker in private browsing" is enabled, the cookie banner section is available in the doorhander only in private mode sessions.

Verified as fixed on a local build from the latest main Nightly 121.0a1.

When the "Cookie Banner Blocker in private browsing" settings option is enabled, the "Cookie Banner Blocker" section is available in the quick menu/protection panel only in private sessions.

Tested with:

• Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (Android 13)
• LG G7 fit (Android 8.1.0)
