1859745 - Timezone gets mangled when initially creating contact (to Baikal server) - "Europe/" instead of "Europe/London"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new contact
2. Fill a few fields, but more importantly, "Timezone" (i.e. "Europe/London")
3. Click "Save". I'm saving this to a Baikal server, which might have something to do with the issue.

Actual results:

My contact gets created, but Timezone ends up being "Europe/" ("London" is missing).

I can "fix" it by:

1. Edit the contact again
2. Press "Remove" on the Timezone
3. Save
4. Edit the contact again
5. Add the timezone I want
6. Save

Expected results:

Timezone should work first time.
