We need to add a feature flag for Nimbus rollout. Nimbus may or not need be connected to a corresponding FeatureFlag. (Examine how other features did this in the past.)

  • The Nimbus feature pref should be off by default.
  • The Nimbus experiment will launch on release to turn the pref to on.
  • Post-experiment, we will remove the Nimbus pref for general availability.
