Steps to reproduce

1. Open about:preferences#privacy and click on Saved Addresses…
2. Click Add and then the Cancel buttons.
3. Increase the width of the window.

Expected result

• The Addresses box width is increased based on window width.

Actual result

• The Addresses box width is not increased based on window width.

I attached the regression range. I don't know for sure if bug 1790307 is the actual regressor.

I don't have a lot of cycles to spend on this and it seems low-severity enough. It also doesn't seem to happen if there's a saved address?
