Modify SwitchWithLabel :

  1. When the user clicks on the row will toggle the switch ,like in Settings.
  2. Accessibility should read it like a single component, not like now two components (the text and the switch).

Michael Verdi mentioned : "The show ads setting is something we're adding in Fx 120. The entire ads function will preffed off by default. At some point after 120 is released we plan to run an experiment where some people will have the Ad functionality (and will need a preference setting to turn it off)."
