Steps to reproduce:
Tried to restore a previous version, restart Thunderbird with cleared cash, nothing has worked
Actual results:
The local folders/sub-folders with past work are still on the computer but do not appear to be accessibly through Thunderbird
Expected results:
Under the inbox there should be a number of folders, some with subfolders holding past emails with work product content.

Try Help | Troubleshoot mode. Does that help?

That one seemed to work. She now has all her folders visible and accessible again.
