Details
Steps to reproduce:
Trying to open a new or a fresh private window didn't work. Instead, it shows a normal window.
Actual results:
1# (While using Firefox) Clicking Menu → Choose "New Private Window" → New window is a standard window
2# (Fresh, new start Firefox) Clicking Menu → Choose "New Private Window" → New window is a standard window
3# Right-click on the Firefox icon pinned on the taskbar → "New Private Window" → New window is a standard window
Expected results:
A New Private Window is opened

Hello and thank you for the report! Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue on Windows 10x64 with Firefox 120.0a1 (2023-10-22), 119 and 118.0.2. Opening a new private window by the methods listed above will always open a new private window for me.
