the experimental flag CSSMaskingInterop. In addition to unprefixing, the
patch changes the supported values of only the unprefixed property to
match https://drafts.fxtf.org/css-masking/#the-mask-composite:

subtract (source-out)
intersect (source-in)
exclude (xor)
