User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/118.0
Steps to reproduce:
Thunderbird is set to vertical view with the reading pane on the right.
Select an email which has an attachment with quite a long file name (long enough to extend a way beyond the edge of the reading pane when listed at the bottom of the email) so that the message displays in the reading pane.
Actual results:
Message is displayed but the buttons in the header (reply, reply all, forward, etc) are not visible.
Dragging the reading pane border to expand the reading pane until the attachment name fits reveals the header buttons.
Expected results:
The header buttons should have been visible regardless of the attachment name extending beyond the window.
Suggest right aligning the buttons to the visible boundary of the reading pane, or either truncating or wrapping the attachment file name.
I can confirm this on 115.3.1 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 20.04
Also the message body is aligned far beyond the visibility on the right side.
