1860744 - No Email Count In Outbox Folder

Steps to reproduce:

When using Send Later to stack up emails in the Outbox, they used to go in as Unread and therefore you would get a 'Number of UnRead Emails' count on the Outbox folder.

Actual results:

Now they go in as Read and therefore there is no email count on the Outbox folder.

Expected results:

Is there a way to switch back on the way it used to be that emails waiting in the Outbox with Send Later go into the Outbox as UnRead and therefore there is an email count on the Outbox folder.

Clicking on 'Repair Folder' in Folder Properties sets any waiting messages in the Outbox to UnRead, but you have to do it each time after a new email has been added to the Outbox.
