after a new installation of 115, inbox for one account was not set to sync in account settings.

set to offline: message bodies are not there in inbox
after discovering 1): set inbox to sync in account settings
force sync via offline/sync
TB looks for new messages, the old unavailable message bodies are still missing when setting offline again

I have synchronization turned on for all IMAP folders, except Spam, and Trash. I have not seen any problem with this after upgrading to v115.
I'd expect that when starting with a new profile synchronization is off, and one would need to turn it on manually.

Or New profile on a computer that has other profiles, or has previous installations of Thunderbird?
