The dialog that appears when a language package to display language characters
correctly should be installed is not translated.
Additionally the 'Cancel' button in this dialog does nothing.
(A screen print can be provided if requested)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a webpage with e.g. contains japanese characters

What is this dialog? Can you give an example page where I could see this?
I never heard of a dialog to install something (other than a plug-in) when a web
page is hit, sorry...

An example web page is provided in the URL field above. When I open this page
I'm asked if I want to download the Japanese Text Display component.
Additionally I attached a screen print of this dialog.

I have never seen that, and I don't see it on that page.
I only can guess this may be something that's not included in the en-*.jar files
and therefore unlocalizeable, and maybe is part of XPInstall, so I'm reassigning
this to XPInstall.
The strange thing is that not even lxr finds something like "language
characters" in the Mozilla source...

Only to make sure. I get this dialog everytime I access this page. This happens
on two different PCs. One running Windows XP SP1 and the other Windows NT 4.0 SP5.
