Steps to reproduce:
- From an email, create a contact using the quick contact creation button
- Change the address book where it is stored to an LDAP address book
Actual results:
This will generate an error
NS_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED: LDAPDirectory does not implement saveCardProperties.
If the user clicks to make the interface disappear and then clicks again on the contact's details, the contact will be displayed in the LDAP address book, but will not be in it (as it has not been saved).
Expected results:
Don't display address books where you can't write in the list of possible choices
