1861048 - Annoying Youtube notifications

Steps to reproduce:

Subscribed to Youtube desktop notifications.

Actual results:

A windows notification popups when a new video is available. The problems with is are

1. It never goes away by itself, regardless of what timeout has been configured for windows notifications in Settings -> Ease Of Access -> Display -> Show notifications for
2. It contains a "Dismiss" button which opens the web page
3. In addition when you click the "Dismiss" button the popup goes away but the notification itself still remains in the taskbar notification area (the one that opens when you clock the dialog button at the right of the taskbar)
4. If I click anywhere in the notification, nothing happens if the notification was open for too long

Note: Happens both in Windows 10 and in Windows 11

Expected results:

1. Popup shouldn't stay there forever. It should have hidden after some time passed based either on Window's configuration or perhaps a max that should be configurable in Firefox
2. Dismiss should not open a web page just like pressing the X button.
3. Dismiss should remove the notification from the taskbar notification area
4. As long as the notification exists, either as a popup or in the taskbar notification area, clicking on the notification (not on the Dismiss button or the X button) should trigger an open of the corresponding web page.

I believe that for the last issue (4) there is already a bug ticket, but I couldn't find anything about the other three.

I believe that 2) is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1848801. Don't see 3) being mentioned there though.

For 1) I found an enchantment that seems to be relevant https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1857723. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1601961 seems to also be somewhat related.

1 is a feature, and yes we might want to opt out via bug 1857723.
2 and 3 are indeed covered in bug 1848801.
4 is bug 1874511.

As all points are covered in different bugs, for now I'll close this and track each issue in those bugs.
