1861425 - "Learn more" link can be activated from the description in "Add search engine" screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Search settings > Default search engine > + Add search engine.
2. Tap on the description under the fields without touching the "Learn more" link.

Expected behavior

Nothing happens. Only by tapping the "Learn more" text link should open the support page.

Actual behavior

The support page is opened in a new tab.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 121.0a1 from 2023-10-26.
• Android device model: Google Pixel 7.
• Android OS version: Android 14.

Any additional information?

Same actual result on the descriptions on Search settings > Manage alternative search engines > + Add search engine.
