Operating system: Windows 10 / Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Firefox version: Nightly 121.0a1 (2023-10-26)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
• VPN pointing to Germany

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.n-tv.de/mediathek/videos/politik/Medien-rechnen-aus-Renten-Zahl-gefallener-Russen-hoch-article24490033.html
  2. Dismiss/accept the cookie banner.
  3. Refresh the page (the video might load on the 1st try).
  4. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The video is displayed correctly on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The video is missing from the page.

Notes:

  1. Screen rec provided
  2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
