I would like to be able to create mail views, but I dont want to have to create
them IN ORDER.
If you had a Move Up/Move Down arrow on the CUSTOMIZE section of mail views that
would allow you to change the order, that would be perfect!
(WORKAROUND: Edit the MailViews.dat file by hand to change the ordering)

This looks like a dupe of bug 191199. Yes, this one came first, but since people have got
to the other one first it's probably best to mark off this one.
