Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Thunderbird settings
- Set 'Bright' theme instead of 'Default' Theme
Actual results:
There is no minimize, maximize and close button in title bar
Expected results:
There are minimize, maximize and close buttons in title bar, as well as Firefox 115.

You have a buggy driver. In the thunderbird settings, disable hardware acceleration to fix it.
