Results:

The CCKTool\ directory contains the Shell\ directory.  The Shell\ directory
should live at the same level as CCKTool\ per CD Layout....

or,

If this image is based on the CCK Install Layout, the CCK CD autorun Shell\
directory shouldn't get installed at all.  It is only used to Install CCK from
the CD media.
