Right now in the Download Manager, once a download is complete, it says
finsished beside it.  That is okay, but it would be great if there could be a
button at the top that said "Clear all inactive downloads" so that I wouldn't
have to go through and clear 10 finsished ones at one time, because I have
something else going at the same time.

1.The feature isn't there in the download manager

Actual Results:  
I can't do it because it isn't implemented, honestly.

Expected Results:  
I would like to have the button there to clear all inactive downloads at once,
like in Kazaa.
