Steps to reproduce:
View images that are longer than the browser's display area vertically on their own.
Actual results:
Part of the top of the image overlaps the toolbar and is not visible.
Zooming in and out and scrolling do not resolve the problem.
This is especially likely to occur when reloading an enlarged image after loading it once.
Expected results:
The image is reduced in size so that it does not overlap the toolbar.
Since the image is displayed normally when "Scroll to hide toolbar" is disabled, it is thought that the browser's detection of the display area is incorrect because the toolbar portion is variable.

Yes, I will attach the video.
In this image, there is no problem when loading the first time, but when reloading after zooming in, this bug occurs.
The device is Tinno P710 (Rakuten Hand) with Android 10.
The link of the image used in the video is
https://www.notebookcheck.net/fileadmin/_processed_/7/9/csm_Screenshot_20190629_112741_e1f9ca30c8.png
If the image is longer than the display area of the device you are using, it is considered to occur regardless of the type of image.

Thank you for your quick response.
I was able to reproduce this issue on the latest Nightly 121.0a1 from 01.11.2023 with Assus Zenfone 9 (Android 13).
