User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

Actual results:

I have trouble reading text in Firefox on Linux.

I can enlarge text, but I can't bolden text. So I can get text that's too faint at 20 points, or too big at 40 points.

Some fonts are bolder by default; Roboto, and Ubuntu, might work in some languages. But I can't find bolder fonts for all the alphabets I need.

I can get more readable text by using a 1 px blur behind everything, but it's not ideal.

Expected results:

Users should have an option to make all fonts bolder (or fainter, if that's what they need). If necessary, it should create synthetic bolds for the default weight, and synthetic extra-bolds for the bold or bolder weights in each page.

This is similar to enhancement 708449.
