Can we reword this to mention the built-in functionality first, and then add a note to say that they are only available starting from 118?

Something like:

By default, Firefox has included translation features. To learn more, see Firefox Fullpage Translation.
Note: Firefox version prior to 118 do not include the built-in translation feature, for those versions an add-on is required to translate website content.
