User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Phoenix 0.5 on W2K hangs on startup. This is after creating a profile. It gets stuck, apparently, on resolving www.mozilla.org. There's no way to interrupt it, and it needs to be killed. This always happens. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start the program 2. 3. Actual Results: Phoenix hangs, sucking up 85+ % of CPU. No response, and cannot be interrupted. Must be killed from program manager. Expected Results: Uh, made the program start properly?
Hi there! Did you install Phoenix for the first time? If not - did you install it in a new directory? Please try additionally with the latest nightly build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/phoenix/nightly/latest-trunk/ and report the results here. Besides this it's also a good idea to check the Phoenix discussion groups at http://www.mozillazine.org/forums/index.php Perhaps you find some guys which had the same problem and found a solution for your problem.
