Steps to reproduce:
Attempt to print a crossword puzzle from https://www.theoregonian.com/data/40835/reader/reader.html?t=1698810193124#!preferred/0/package/40835/pub/68228/page/64
Actual results:
Two problems:
- The Portrait/Landscape option is missing from the print dialog
- When selecting US Legal, the content is split into two pages as if US Letter had been selected.
Expected results:
This was working last week before the update to 119

I can't access the site to check (appears to require a subscription; I tried registering for an account, but that doesn't seem to be sufficient), but my guess is that this might be related to @page rules that are specifying a fixed size and orientation. I'm not sure exactly how that's supposed to interact with user settings in the Print panel, though, or whether things have changed recently in v119 in this area.
@jwatt, maybe you have an idea what could be happening here?

Did some more research, this may not be a problem in Firefox. The portrait/landscape option is missing in Edge as well, so it could be a standards misinterpretation on the part of the content provider.
Suggest you not spend any more time on this (close the bug). I'll reopen if I can identify a problem with Firefox specifically.
