Setting page setup (print background, choices of titles) is not saved from one
actual session of Mozilla to next one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Print preview email
2.Page setup, set background image printing, set titles header/footer
3.Print
4.Close Mozilla
5.Launch again Mozilla
6.Print preview email
7.Page setup

Actual Results:  
Your preference are lost, page setup is set back to default.

Expected Results:  
Saved preferences

Resolving as dup of bug 185588, just fixed. Try todays build.
