1862684 - Add relative weeks/days for train dates

whattrainisitnow is great!

It would be nice if the tables on e.g. https://whattrainisitnow.com/release/?version=122 that currently provide absolute dates for things also had a column / tooltip / indication of "relative to now". E.g. "in 3 weeks" or "3 weeks ago" or "2 working days from now" or whatever.

Very rough back of envelope strawperson proposal:

• anything > 1 calendar week, show number of weeks (round down to wholes or halves, e.g. "3 weeks", "4.5 weeks" or whatever)
• anything less than 7 days, more than 24h, show number of non-weekend days (call it "working days", with an asterisk somewhere that we don't consider public holidays etc.). Never include the day itself in the computation.
• anything less than 24h, "tomorrow" or "yesterday" or "today" as appropriate.
