I rebooted my modem that I am directly connected to and I keep getting a bar saying I need to sign into my network. I'm using an ethernet connection directly into the modem there is nothing for me to sign in to

Go to any webpage after rebooting my modem without rebooting my computer

The bar stating I need to sign into my network keeps popping up but I'm hard wired in

Expected results:

No bar come up
