MS released patch 810649 to allow 3rd-party browsers to handle additional tasks
which IE normally handles, e.g. Windows Help, Add/Remove Programs. But, after I
installed it (and rebooted), I saw the following error message when I tried to
load Add/Remove Programs -> Set Program Access And Defaults,
"Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a
type that does not accept the focus. res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc Line:457"
It appeared to be a cosmetic error, however, as I was able to click OK and continue.
I reset the default browser to IE, then reloaded Phoenix and told it to
re-assert itself as default browser. Windows Help continues to use IE...

Reporter, are you still seeing this with the latest nightly and a new profile?

I'm unable to reproduce it. I think MS released a 2nd instance of this update,
so maybe they're aware of the problem with the initial version.
