By reordering when we toggle the print preview toolbar off and redisplay the
other hidden toolbars (and tab strip) we can make it so that print preview does
not look as choppy. Without the patch I will now attach on slower machines the
content area first returns from gally mode to normal content mode, then the
toolbars toggle. If we swap the order we don't wait for the toolbars to toggle
after the content morphs.
