Since a few days ago, setting border:0px; on form elements does nothing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Attached file Testcase
This shows a textarea and a input=text field with border set to 0px. Borders
are visible.
Keywords: regression, testcase
Related to bug 184218 (or maybe even dupe of it).

It'll work if you use textarea, input[type=text] { -moz-appearance: none; }
