Steps to reproduce:

I don't know how to trigger the bug but it seems to happen when seeking and pausing Youtube videos via keyboard with the space bar and the arrow keys.

Actual results:

Youtube video shows blue outline around widgets within the video. Space bar doesn't stop the video anymore when the focus is on the Youtube seeking slider. Space bar is working again when the focus changes to the video (single click into the video).

Expected results:

Space bar always pauses the video and no blue outline is visible.
