User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0

Steps to reproduce:

Routine web browsing after update to Firefox version 119.0.1 (64 bit) running on Windows 10.

Actual results:

Firefox freezes. Doesn't respond to scrolling, mouse clicks, effort to close application. Have to use Task Manager to close.

Expected results:

Normal operation.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::File Handling' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
